🌿 Spring & Summer Services
When the ice goes out and lake season kicks off, the last thing you want to be doing is wrestling with your dock and lift. 218 Docks will get everything in and ready so you can focus on what matters — getting out on the water.
Dock Installation
We install new and existing docks of all types and sizes. Whether it’s a brand new Porta-Dock setup or your existing dock that needs to go back in, we’ll get it positioned, leveled, and secured for the season.
Lift Installation
We install boat lifts, pontoon lifts, and personal watercraft lifts. We’ll set the depth, align the bunks, and make sure everything is operating correctly before we leave.
Barge Delivery & Installation
If your property doesn’t have direct shoreline access, no problem. We can barge your dock or lift across the lake from the nearest boat landing and install it right where you need it.
New Dock & Lift Sales
Looking to upgrade? As an authorized Porta-Dock dealer, we sell the full line of Porta-Dock aluminum docks and lifts. We’ll help you find the right product for your lake bottom, your shoreline, and your budget — and handle the installation too.

Dock Removal
We’ll pull your dock out of the water at the end of the season and store it safely on your property or arrange storage, so it’s ready to go back in when spring arrives.
Lift Removal
We remove and store boat lifts, pontoon lifts, and personal watercraft lifts. Proper fall removal protects your lift from ice damage and extends its life significantly.
Shrink Wrapping
Keep your boat protected from snow, ice, and the elements all winter with professional shrink wrapping. Need something shrink wrapped on-site? No problem, we also have portable shrink wrapping available.
Boat Storage
Don’t have room to store your boat all winter? Ask us about boat storage options to keep your investment safe and protected through the cold months.
Canopy Cleaning & Storage
Extend the life of your lift canopy with proper end-of-season cleaning and storage. We’ll clean it, fold it, and store it so it comes back out looking great next spring.
Battery Storage
Cold Minnesota winters are hard on batteries. We offer battery storage to keep your boat and lift batteries properly maintained over the winter so they’re ready to go when you need them.
